¿Qué puedo decir? Es el segundo mvl que compro aquí. El anterior (Samsung Galxy S10+) "se me accidentó" 🙈 después de 2 años de uso y con todo el dolor de mi corazón lo tuve que pasar a mejor vida. Confío en que la nueva adquisición me dé el mismo resultado, hasta hoy nuy contenta. Ah!, se me olvida una cosa, ¿realmente es reacondicionado?. Demos segundas oportunidades a las cosas y también a las personas . Un saludo.

Bonjour, J'ai acheté sur votre site un Samsung S20. Hier, en voulant installer le payement par smartphone, celui-ci m'était interdit. J'ai compris certaines choses en lisant l'article suivant : https://www.frandroid.com/marques/samsung/1727039_samsung-csc-wallet En appliquant la méthode recommandée par ce site et en regardant dans les paramètres du smartphone, je suis allé vérifié le CSC (Country Specific Code), qui indique la région et les réseaux pour lesquels l’appareil a été conçu. Celui-ci est "XAA", qui est le code des USA. Voilà pourquoi le système Samsung Wallet/Pay ne fonctionne pas en France. Vu l'importance de cette fonctionnalité pour beaucoup de gens, ne trouvez-vous pas que le moindre des respects vis-à-vis de vos clients serait de préciser le lieu d'origine du smartphone et ce CSC? Ou plus simplement de préciser sa compatibilité ou non avec Samsung Pay? Question de transparence ! Bien cordialement. Nicolas

hi ordered an s20 samsung galaxy as we wanted to retain the sd card option. It arrived promptly. However the phone was still locked to Verison. The customer help team contacted the seller and the issue was sorted quickly. great value combined with geat service. Thanks

Die erste Bestellung ist leider schief gelaufen. Ich hatte aber ohne Probleme mein Geld bereits nach zwei Tagen zurück und hatte sofort eine zweite Bestellung ausgelöst. Die Lieferung kam schon nach zwei Tagen bei mir an. Vielen Dank an das Team von Backmarket.

purtroppo il telefono è debole di batteria, inoltre essendo appartenente al mercato tedesco, non mi fa funzionare Samsung wallet, ed era importante. purtroppo, non posso usarlo come telefono principale. lo userò come telefono secondario.. immagino che con l'usato sia così..

Device arrived as described and had a normal life until it failed (Although this was as a result of aging, and was to be excepted eventually.) Returned under warranty (Screen is costly to fix so it is understandable) Didn't come with official cables, but they worked. The device was great and I recommend this seller, quick to respond and even offer refund past 30 days.

The service was great. up to date info pretty much every day. delivery was nice and quick. the phone arrived in great condition for a FAIR device. unfortunately I have experienced a slight issue with the charging port, and after having it tested, it is confirmed that the charging port needs replacing, which requires me to spend £89 to get it replaced, as the phone only charges normal speed. yet the phone has fast charging and super fast charging capability. for a phone to which I spent £200 on I would expect those charge options to work. apart from that the phone is good.
